Browse the online files by clicking on the blue or purple text. Files names that you have already clicked on will appear purple, while files you have not yet looked at will be blue. Use your browser's BACK button to go up to the previous folder.
After you have your desired image on the screen, click the right mouse button on the image. A popup menu should appear with an option "Save Picture As..." Click on this option and you will be asked where to save the file on your local hard drive.
